BRMC, located in Mountain Home, Arkansas, is a 268 all private bed facility.  The hospital is the largest employer in Baxter County with over 1400 employees.  In addition to the main hospital, BRMC operates 17 area clinics.  BRMC is the region's premier healthcare facility, utilizing the most advanced technology such as the state's first 3-D Mammogram, the nation's first 3-D Mobile Mammography Unit, superD Navigation System, and da Vinci® Surgical System and 3T Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).

Job Summary:  Responsible and accountable for direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit and providing leadership within the nursing team. Responsible and accountable for the care given to the patient and for the decision regarding which nursing tasks can be safely delegated to licensed and unlicensed persons involved in patient care. Responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care and promoting a team effort among co-workers. Responsible and accountable to know, own and energize the vision, mission, values and standards of the hospital.

Unit Description: 17 Bed Intensive Care Unit including EICU technology and a Cardiovascular program with a typical patient to nurse ratio of 2 to 1.

Required Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse

·         BLS

·         ACLS within 6 months of hire
